What is the aim of the strategy course?
The aim of the course is ‘to equip delegates with the knowledge and skills required to lead and/or contribute to the development and implementation of effective strategy in complex and ever-changing environments.’
Who is it for?
This strategy course is for anyone who needs to understand how to develop and implement effective strategy and is ideal for mid to senior level company executives and government officials, board members (both executive and non-executive), charity trustees, school governors and strategy development teams.
How long does it last?
We can deliver the course over three, four or five days. The course is delivered face-to-face in person but can also be delivered remotely if required.
How much does it cost?

Is the strategy course nationally recognised?
The course is recognised by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), which is the UK’s only organisation able to award Chartered Manager status.
What does CMI ‘recognition’ mean?
It means that the CMI has reviewed the structure and content of the course and mapped it against its own professional competencies. In reviewing the course for recognition, the CMI noted that the strategy course was ‘a robust and well-designed programme.’


Do attendees gain a qualification?
Delegates who successfully complete the course are eligible to join the CMI as Foundation Chartered Managers, a professional status designed to help them stand out from the competition and continue their management career journeys with all the benefits of CMI membership to support them. In recognition of their professional status, delegates are eligible to put the postnominals ‘fCMgr’ after their names.
Has the strategy course won any awards?
